My name is Val.
I am a startup founder and builder.

I built my first software startup when I was 9 y.o. There was no AI or anything similar in those days, and I didn’t even know how to code. I just had curiosity and wanted to create things. It was a social forum for game hackers who wanted to find ways to cheat and achieve game progress without paying. It’s funny that it went viral when I only told my 2 friends about it — within a month I had more than 100 hackers chatting on the forum about how to cheat at games, and then I built a reputation system to incentivize them to share content, etc.

This experience determined my future path. During my university years, I won a couple of hackathons (e.g., the Chainlink hackathon, ETHGlobal).

After finishing my Computer Science degree, I continued working on startups in different roles, from founding engineer to roles with maximum responsibility, like founder.

Now I’m interested in building HR AI to help companies be many times more efficient in producing goods for our society.
